Abstract

Rumah Sakit Umum (RSU) Bina Kasih Medan menghadapi beban administrasi yang tinggi dan kompleks, mulai dari pendaftaran pasien, verifikasi BPJS/asuransi, hingga pelaporan, yang sebagian besar masih dikerjakan secara manual sehingga rentan terhadap kesalahan (human error) dan waktu penyelesaian yang lama. Sebagai kelanjutan dari kegiatan Tahap I, kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) Tahap II ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Robotic Process Automation (RPA) menggunakan platform UiPath guna mengotomatisasi proses administrasi prioritas. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup validasi proses, perancangan alur kerja (process design), pengembangan robot (bot development), implementasi lapangan, pelatihan teknis lanjutan bagi staf mitra, serta evaluasi kinerja. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi waktu, akurasi data, serta memberikan solusi praktis dalam tata kelola administrasi rumah sakit secara berkelanjutan.
